HeroesCon On-site Grading Option Now Available on the CGC Comics On-line Submission Form

Get your on-site grading submissions ready for HeroesCon! Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®) is happy to announce that the option to submit comics for on-site grading at Heroes Convention Charlotte is now available on the CGC Comics online submission form! Fill out the form now, drop off your submission at the CGC booth and get your books back by the end of the show!
Regular submissions of comics, cards, video games and home video collectibles will also be accepted at CGC booth #101.
Submit comics for on-site grading
CGC is offering on-site grading at this year's HeroesCon for all comic book submissions. On-site grading, including ReHolder submissions, will be available Friday, June 14, through Saturday, June 15. A very limited quantity of WalkThrough submissions will still be accepted on Sunday, June 16, until 12:00 p.m. CGC x JSA on-site services will only be available Friday and Saturday. All you need is a free CGC account to submit for on-site grading, but paid members receive discounts (and other benefits). Learn more and select your membership level here.
On-site grading submissions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. CGC expects extremely high demand and space is limited, so submitters are encouraged to submit using the online submission form now. If on-site grading submissions need to be cut off early, submissions will still be accepted for grading at CGC headquarters at the regular fees and turnaround times.

CGC Signature Series submissions will also be accepted for on-site grading. An announcement will be made when the option for CGC Signature Series on-site grading is added to the CGC online submission form.
Regular submission drop-off
CGC will also accept regular submissions of comics, cards, video games and home video collectibles to be taken back to its headquarters for certification at regular grading fees, plus submitters save one way on shipping!
Please take the following steps for Express Drop-off, which enables you to skip the line and quickly hand off your prepared submission to a CGC representative:
- Create a CGC account here. All it takes is a free account to submit, and paid members get additional discounts and benefits.
- Go to the online submission form for comics, cards, video games or home video.
- Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission.
- Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.
- Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
- Go to the Express Drop-off sign to finalize your submission.
Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.
All submissions will be transported to CGC’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.
