J. Scott Campbell Join CGC Cards for an In-House Private Signing

CGC Cards™ is excited to announce this Private Signing with the talented comic book artist J. Scott Campbell! Without a doubt, J. Scott is one of the industry’s finest and most sought-after cover artists with a versatile and unique style that has brought to life many of Marvel and DC’s most iconic characters.

In addition to his iconic work for Marvel and DC, he co-founded the Cliffhanger imprint as part of WildStorm Productions and has worked side-by-side with Jim Lee (Gen13), Robert Kirkman (The Walking Dead and Oblivion Song), Todd McFarlane (Spawn and Spawn’s Universe), and other acclaimed creators. In addition to his work on comics, J. Scott's art has also been used in a variety of different trading card sets. Fans can find his comic artwork featured in trading card sets such as the 2014 Marvel Divas set, the 1995 Vampirella Topps set, the 1994 Wildstorm Vol. 1 set and most recently in the 2022 Marvel Metal Universe Spider-Man set. 

J. Scott has produced some of the most valuable and sought-after comic variants in the industry such as The Amazing Spider-man #601 (2009), Wolverine #1 Deadpool variant (2010), Siege #3 Deadpool variant (2010), Uncanny X-Men #510 partial sketch variant (2009), Black Cat #1 JSC Exclusive Cover D “Le Chat Noir” and Cover G “Felicia’s Loft” (2019), and the newly released fan-favorite Ultimate Spider-Man #1 (2024).

CGC Cards must receive all submissions for this event by Sunday, October 20, 2024.

If the In-House Private Signing needs to be rescheduled, CGC Cards will securely store all submissions in its vault until the event can be rescheduled.

After J. Scott signs the submitted cards, CGC Cards will grade and encapsulate them with an estimated turnaround time of six weeks. After grading and encapsulation, the collectibles will be shipped back to their owners.

The CGC Cards In-House Private Signing fee for J. Scott Campbell is $80 per item and includes:

• J. Scott Campbell’s signature
• Estimated turnaround time of six weeks for CGC Cards grading
• Encapsulation with the CGC Signature Series label

To submit cards for the signing:

• Log onto your account or sign up for an account HERE.
• Click Submit in the CGC Cards website navigation and select the Submission Form.
• Click on the link to the CGC Cards Online Form.
• Select Card or Jumbo Card from the menu, then select CGC SIgnature Series and one of the following from the dropdown menu section:
  J. SCOTT CAMPBELL, SIGNATURE.
• Select "Authentication and Grading" under Select Primary Service.
  
• Select "Mail-In or Show Drop-Off" under Select Submission Method.
• Enter the information requested for your card.
• Select Add to Cart, and then repeat if there are additional cards in your submission. If there are no additional cards in your submission, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout.
• Carefully package cards in a box for shipment. 
• IMPORTANT: Please write JSC on all sides of the outside of the box. You must initial outside of the box or we will not be able to honor the submission for this signing.
• Cards will be received into the CGC Cards system when they arrive and will be safely stored by CGC Cards until the event. (Please note: Payments are processed as they normally are at the time of the collectibles' arrival at CGC.)
• Once cards are signed they will start an expedited CGC Cards grading process.

PLEASE NOTE:

All submissions must be received by CGC Cards no later than Sunday, October 20, 2024, to qualify for this private signing event. No change requests will be accepted after Sunday, October 20, 2024.

*Cannot be combined with other CGC Private Signing events.

**If you submit a CGC-graded collectible that needs to be removed from its original holder by CGC, the collectible will need to go through the certification and encapsulation process again, and there is no guarantee that it will receive the same grade.
