CGC and JSA Accepting Submissions at the Bay Area Card Show
Posted on 9/6/2024
CGC® and JSA® are excited to be accepting submissions of sports cards, TCGs, non-sports cards, comic books, video games, home video collectibles and memorabilia at the Bay Area Card Show, being held at the Banquet Masters facility in Clearwater, Florida, on September 13-14, 2024. The Bay Area Card Show is a monthly celebration of all things cards and collectibles, giving collectors the opportunity to buy, sell and trade.
Preparing submissions for the show
CGC is accepting submissions of sports cards, TCGs, non-sports cards, comic books, video games and home video collectibles for grading. Autographed cards and comics may be submitted for CGC x JSA Authentic Autograph certification, and autographed memorabilia may be submitted for JSA-only services. Please note that JSA is no longer accepting cash as payment for autograph services.
To spend more time enjoying the show, submit your prepared collectibles through the Express Drop-off Service, which enables you to skip the line and quickly hand off your submission to a CGC representative.
To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:
- Become a CGC member here. All it takes is a free account to submit, and paid members get additional discounts and benefits.
- Go to the online submission form for cards, comics, video games or home video.
- Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission. Please note that you’ll have the option to choose JSA autograph authentication after choosing your primary grading services.
- Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.
- Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
- Go to the Express Drop-off sign to finalize your submission.
Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.
All submissions will be transported to CGC’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.
