CGC Accepting Submissions at Card Con

Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®) is excited to be accepting submissions of comics, magazines and cards at Card Con, being held at the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre in Farnborough, Hampshire, on March 29-30, 2025.

About Card Con

Card Con is the UK’s premier event for card enthusiasts, seasoned collectors and TCG players alike. Once a year, the hobby’s best and brightest gather to buy, sell and trade collectibles. Peruse hundreds of vendor tables containing exclusive and rare collectibles, from vintage sports cards to your favorite TCGs. Additionally, don’t miss out on free box breaks, guest appearances, autograph opportunities and activities for all ages. It’s all happening at the Farnborough International, which has free on-site parking, nearby hotels and easy access via public transportation.

CGC representatives will be accepting submissions of comics, magazines and cards, answering questions and providing information on collectibles certification. Bring your favorite collectibles to the show to take advantage of fast turnaround times and save one way on shipping fees! Further instructions on the submission process are below.

Preparing submissions for the show

To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

1. Create a CGC account here. All it takes is a free account to submit, and paid members get additional discounts and benefits.
2. Go to the online submission form for comics or cards.
3. Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission.
4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.

Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.

5. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
6. Go to the Express Drop-off sign to finalize your submission.

All submissions will be transported to CGC’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.

Tablets will be provided at the booth for submitters to use for sign-up and submission purposes.
