NGC, PMG, ASG, and CGC Cards Accepting Submissions at the December HKINF

Certified Collectibles Group – International Hong Kong Limited (CCG Hong Kong), the Hong Kong, China, affiliate of Numismatic Guaranty Company® (NGC®), Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®), Authenticated Stamp Guaranty® (ASG®) and CGC Cards™ will accept NGC, PMG and ASG on-site grading submissions and regular NGC, PMG, ASG and CGC Cards submissions at the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF), on December 9-11, 2025. In addition, NGC, PMG and ASG will provide free coin, paper money and stamp evaluations at the CCG Hong Kong booth (A5-A8).

On-site Grading

Submissions for the NGC, PMG and ASG on-site grading events must be received by CCG Hong Kong by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at CCG Hong Kong’s booth at the HKINF or by 5:30 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025, at the CCG Hong Kong office. Note: Cutoff times are subject to change due to high demand. Check with show staff for the latest information.

CCG Hong Kong will endeavor to have all coins, notes and stamps submitted for this event completed and ready for pick-up or return shipment starting Monday, December 15, depending on demand.

Submitting to NGC, PMG, ASG and CGC Cards

Regular NGC, PMG and CGC Cards submissions will also be accepted. All regular submissions to NGC, PMG and CGC Cards are shipped with insurance to the companies’ headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for grading. After grading, collectibles are shipped with insurance to the companies’ Hong Kong office for pick up.

All regular ASG submissions will be accepted and held for the next on-site grading event in Hong Kong (tentatively planned for June 2026).

Completed submissions may be picked up at the Hong Kong office or shipped back to customers by prior arrangement.

Paid NGC, PMG, ASG and CGC Cards Collector members (Associate and higher) and NGC, PMG, ASG and CGC Cards Authorized Dealers can submit directly to CCG Hong Kong. Labels and Designations for Hong Kong Card Pandas

Special NGC labels and designations are available for the Hong Kong Card 2026 Silver Pandas being released at the show:

• A designation of First Day - Dec. HKINF is available for an $11 fee; on the submission form, write First Day of Issue. These submissions must be made at the CCG Hong Kong booth by 5 p.m. on December 9. The NGC First Day of Issue #1748 label is the default label for this designation.
• A designation of Dec. HKINF Show Releases is available for an $8 fee; on the submission form, request Show Releases. These submissions must be made at the CCG Hong Kong booth by 5 p.m. on December 11. The NGC Panda #606 label is the default label for this designation.

NGC, PMG and ASG Evaluations

• Jerry Lin, NGC Senior Grading Finalizer, will be conducting free evaluations of modern coins.
• Evaluations will be provided from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9.

• Stone Yao, PMG Senior Grading Finalizer, will be conducting free evaluations of paper money.
• Evaluations will be provided from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9.

• Amy Dong, Director of Stamp Grading, will be conducting free evaluations of stamps.
• Evaluations will be provided from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 10.

To ensure that we help as many people as possible, there is a limit of 5 items per person for the free evaluations. Evaluations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Because evaluations are performed in a show environment, as opposed to our standard grading environment (with proper lighting conditions and facilities), all opinions should be used only as a guide. The grading opinion may change after the coins, notes and stamps are submitted and evaluated at our office.
