CGC Grades Autographed Logoman of NBA Star Giannis Antetokounmpo

Posted on 12/9/2025

Few modern cards are more sought after than an autographed one-of-one Logoman of one of the NBA's best players.

CGC® recently received a submission that included one of the most sought-after pulls in modern sports card collecting: an autographed Logoman. Previously, two different Logoman cards of Victor Wembanyama passed through the grading room. This time around, the submission of a one-of-one Logoman featured another elite big man: Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, who was NBA Finals MVP in 2021 as they won the title.

CGC certified the one-of-one 2023-24 Panini Immaculate Collection Logoman Autographs #ILA-GIA Giannis Antetokounmpo, which earned a grade of CGC 8.5. As a modern icon of the game, the "Greek Freak" is a perennial All-Star who is also one of the most collected athletes in the league today. A card like this would be a centerpiece in any Antetokounmpo collection, especially since it has every feature a collector could want in a modern collectible: serial numbered to only one ever made, an on-card signature and a game-worn NBA logo jersey patch.

Only a select few premium card sets include Logoman issues, with hobby boxes that include them on their checklist typically commanding top dollar by high-end collectors. One of those is Panini's Immaculate Collection series, which feature a small number of cards with huge potential in value. The 2023-24 Immaculate Collection set consists of only 6 or 7 cards per box, and collectors could expect a combination of 3-4 autographs, 2-3 memorabilia cards and 1 base or parallel card.

Although Logoman memorabilia cards and rare autographed cards are showcased in this set, the Logoman Autographs that include both in one card are the perfect combo for modern collecting. Logoman cards are considered huge hits on their own that feature an actual patch of the NBA logo that is found on a player's jersey or shorts. Add a signature and low serial number to it and we're talking modern sports card perfection.

While this particular Immaculate set included more than 50 current players with one-of-one Logoman Autographs cards, Antetokounmpo's issue in the subset was one of the best to chase. Out of the list, the 30-year-old is one of the most decorated players among the group, as Antetokounmpo continues to be one of the most dominant players in the league each season.

Selected 15th overall by the Bucks in the 2013 NBA Draft, it took Antetokounmpo some time to settle into the league. By 2016 though, he had found his footing, leading his team in all five major statistical categories. Antetokounmpo was also the first NBA player to ever finish a regular season in the top 20 in all five statistics (total points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks). The Greek Freak had arrived and he hasn't slowed down.

Since 2017, Antetokounmpo has made the All-Star team every single season, making him a nine-time All-Star and counting. He went on to win the NBA MVP Award twice in consecutive seasons (2019 and 2020) and also won the NBA Defensive Player of the Year in 2020, becoming only the third player in NBA history to win both individual awards in the same season.

One season later, Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee to their first NBA championship in half a century and also earned the Finals MVP Award. The same year, in 2021, he was also selected as one of the league's greatest players of all time when he was named to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team. Few modern players have built a resume like Antetokounmpo has during his NBA career to date. Since he's barely in his 30s, there could be many more accolades to add in the years to come, for what will almost certainly be a legendary Hall of Fame career.
