CGC Video Games, CGC Trading Cards and CSG Attending Portland Retro Gaming Expo

CGC Video Games™, CGC Trading Cards® and Certified Sports Guaranty® (CSG®) are excited to be attending Portland Retro Gaming Expo, taking place October 14-16 at the Oregon Convention Center. This is the very first time that CGC Video Games will be accepting submissions for video game grading, and CGC Trading Cards and CSG will be accepting cards. Collectors can also look forward to lots of swag and fun at the booth!

First held in 2006, Portland Retro Gaming Expo is a celebration of the contribution video games have made and continue to make in popular culture. With the goals of educating video game enthusiasts, preserving games and inspiring appreciation for classic games, it is the perfect event to show off the unrivaled CGC Video Games holder, which provides superior display and protection for video games, and to take in submissions for CGC Video Games’ expert and impartial certification services.

Preparing submissions for the show

To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

1. If you’re not already a member, join before the show. To join CGC Video Games, click here. To join CGC Trading Cards, click here. To join CSG, click here.
2. Sign into your account, and go to the online submission form for CGC Video Games, CGC Trading Cards or CSG.
3. Select "Mail-In or Show Drop-Off" to start your submission.
4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slip.

Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please package games and cards with the packing slip in the exact order that they are listed on the packing slip. Failure to do so will result in delays.

5. Keep your games and cards safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
6. Go to the Express Drop-off sign to finalize your submission.

CGC Video Games, CGC Trading Cards and CSG will provide tablets at the booth for submitters to use for sign-up and submission purposes.
