CSG Scouting Report: Playmakers
Posted on 10/28/2022
The term “playmaker” can be applied to so many NFL stars, and this week, we look at some of the standouts — and their CSG-certified cards — who earned that moniker in Week 6.
Playing to Win

Josh Jacobs, Las Vegas Raiders
After Sunday, Jacobs now sits third in rushing yards in the league. This is in large part due to the show he put on against the Houston Texans. Jacobs ran all over the Texans for 143 yards and three scores.
Ja’Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals
Last year, Chase capped the year with a Superbowl appearance and Rookie of the Year. This year, he continues to show why he is an absolute threat to defenses across the league. That was no different Sunday when he bested the Atlanta Falcons defense for 130 yards and two touchdowns.
Isaiah Simmons, Arizona Cardinals
Simmons and the Cardinals’ defense made it a nightmare for Andy Dalton and the Saints. The Cardinals linebacker picked off a Dalton pass and returned it for six, extending their lead as the team cruised to a win.
Rookie Watch
Isaiah Pacheco, Kansas City Chiefs
The running back didn’t blow anyone away with his performance against the San Francisco 49ers; however, Pacheco did enough to move to number one on the depth chart in the explosive offense of coach Andy Reid.
Kayvon Thibodeaux, New York Giants
Thibodeaux’s hustle on the field is clear, maybe no time more evident (so far) than his chase-down tackle of Jacksonville Jaguars running back Travis Etienne.
