CSG Scouting Report: Looking Forward to the Playoffs
Posted on 11/15/2022
Playoff hopes and dreams will either be made or shattered in the coming weeks. In this edition of the CSG Scouting Report, we look at those who bolstered their teams’ chances or kept them in the fight for a playoff spot.
Keeping the Dream Alive
Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers
Aaron Rodgers silenced critics, at least for one week, by edging out a win in OT against the Dallas Cowboys. Although the Packers are right on the bubble — sitting at 4-6 — it is way too early to count Rodgers out.
Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings
Justin Jefferson’s performance was mesmerizing against the Buffalo Bills. The receiver made catches during critical points that ultimately helped his team to a signature overtime win, moving the Vikings record to 8-1.
James Conner, Arizona Cardinals
The Arizona Cardinals running back helped keep their playoff hopes alive rushing for 69 yards and two touchdowns in a win over the division rival Los Angeles Rams.
Rookie Watch
Christian Watson, Green Bay Packers
This no doubt was a breakout game for rookie Christian Watson, as he hauled in an impressive three touchdowns against a very solid Cowboys defense.
Rachaad White, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Rachaad White gave the Tampa Bay Buccaneers run game the boost it needed. White galloped for 105 yards as Tampa Bay beat Seattle in Munich, Germany.
