CSG Scouting Report: A Dashing Holiday Weekend
Posted on 12/28/2022
Rushing through the snow! OK, there may not have been a lot of snow over weekend for the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day games, but there was plenty of dashing. This week, the CSG Scouting Report looks at all of those who dashed through their opponents.
The Players Putting Up Yards
D’onta Foreman, Carolina Panthers
Carolina is still lurking around for a division title and made it clear that this team is more than capable of winning the NFC South. They proved that with D’onta Foreman’s 165 yards and touchdown in a beat down of the Detroit Lions.
Devin Singletary, Buffalo Bills
The Buffalo Bills held on to the No. 1 seed by running all over the Chicago Bears. Devin Singletary led the way with 106 yards and a touchdown.
Derrick Henry, Tennessee Titans
The Titans can still make their way into the playoffs, and if they do Derrick Henry will be a huge factor in how far they go. Henry showed that on Sunday when he put up 126 yards and a touchdown on the ground.
Rookie Watch
Kyler Gordon, Chicago Bears
This rookie is really coming along recording an interception two weeks in a row against top tier quarterbacks, Jalen Hurts and Josh Alle
Malik Willis, Tennessee Titans
The rookie quarterback didn’t have a great outing, but it will be very interesting to watch down the stretch as the Titans make a playoff push.
