CGC Trading Cards Accepting Submissions at Lake Como Comic Art Festival

Get your collection ready! Representatives from CGC Trading Cards® are excited to be accepting submissions and sharing information about CGC certification of pop culture collectibles at Lake Como Comic Art Festival May 12-14, 2023, at the Villa Erba, in Cernobbio, Italy.

The Lake Como Comic Art Festival is organized by the same team behind Big Wow Comic Fest in California and the Paris Comic Expo. The event highlights the finest comic book creators from around the globe, with no media or cosplay guests or vendors selling products irrelevant to the comic art industry. The event avoids the unfortunate trend of overpopulated conventions, which render panels and creators inaccessible. Instead, LCCAF is limiting ticket sales to preserve the fan-creator interaction of the past. Attendees can interact with their favorite creators in a more intimate setting.

Get your submission ready before dropping it off at the CGC booth to spend more time enjoying the show. Keep reading for step-by-step instructions.

Preparing Submissions for the Show

To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

1. Become a CGC Trading Cards member by clicking here.
2. Select the show you are submitting at from the dropdown menu.
3. Complete the submission form and print the packing slip.
   
   Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.
   
   
4. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.

All submissions will be insured and transported to the companies’ headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation. To learn more about CGC Trading Cards services and fees, click here.

Tablets will be provided at the booth for submitters to use for sign-up and submission purposes.
