Marvel Cards Added to the CGC Trading Cards Population Report!

CGC Trading Cards® is thrilled to announce that Marvel cards have been added to the CGC Trading Cards Population Report! Marvel is the fourth group of trading cards to be included in the Pop Report, after Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon Topps.

“We’re glad to provide collectors with this resource that helps determine the relative rarity of their Marvel cards,” said Matt Quinn, Vice President of CGC Trading Cards. “Since launch, the Pop Report has proven to be an invaluable resource to Pokémon and Magic collectors, and we’re thrilled to be able to expand that resource to include more TCGs and sets.”

CGC Trading Cards began grading Marvel cards in August 2022 and has since graded nearly 30,000 examples. With the addition of Marvel to the Pop Report, collectors are now able to search for any Marvel card by name, card number, set, language or era and find counts of overall grades and sub-grades (when applicable) for every card certified. Users can search for every Marvel card, from the original 1966 set to the latest series, as well as promo cards, test prints and oddities.

The CGC Trading Cards Population Report launched in early 2022. The user-friendly platform provides a comprehensive, up-to-date catalog of trading cards for popular games that have been graded by CGC Trading Cards, organized by game, set or era. Since its launch, the Pop Report has attracted lively interest from collectors and dealers alike, who use it to determine the relative rarity of their cards or cards they’re looking to add to their collection of CGC-certified cards. The Pop Report uses the latest technology to seamlessly resize the platform on all devices, so users can search on desktop, tablet or mobile to research anytime, anywhere.
