Submit sports cards, non-sports cards and TCGs for on-site grading

On-site grading for sports cards, non-sports cards and TCGs will be offered Wednesday, July 26, through Saturday, July 29, for CGC Cards’ Economy and Express grading tiers. WalkThrough submissions will be accepted through Sunday, July 30, at 12:00 p.m. CDT. ReHolder, High Value ReHolder and CrossOver services will also be available, and autograph grades and pedigrees will be available by request.

On-site grading submissions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, and attendees are encouraged to submit at the start of the show. If CGC Cards needs to cut off on-site grading submissions early, submissions will still be accepted for CGC Cards to grade at its headquarters at its normal fees and turnaround times.

You no longer need to have a paid account to submit cards for grading! But to save time, please complete the CGC Cards online submission form in advance. An option for “National On-site Grading” will be added by July 14, and CGC Cards will announce pricing for on-site grading then. For detailed submission instructions, scroll to the "How to submit" section below.

Drop-off regular submissions at the show

All grading tiers and services may be submitted at the show to be taken back to CGC’s headquarters for grading, including submissions of cards, comic books, magazines, video games and home video. CGC’s regular services and fees will apply to drop-off submissions, plus you’ll save one way on shipping!

All regular submissions will be transported to CGC headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation. The cutoff for regular submissions is 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 30. To learn more about CGC Cards services and fees, go here. To learn more about CGC Comics services and fees, go here. How to submit

To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

  1. Create a CGC account. After July 11, you also have the option to create a free account at CGCcards.com. For paid member benefits, go here.
  2. Complete the online submission form for the collectible type you are submitting and print the packing slips. Make sure your account number, shipping address, return shipping method and requested services are included on the paperwork.

  3. Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.

  4. If you are submitting for CGC Cards on-site grading, please select "National On-site Grading" on the CGC Cards online submission form. This option will be available by July 14.
  5. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.

Tablets will be provided at the booth for submitters to use for sign-up and submission purposes, but completing the online submission form in advance will save you time.
