CGC Cards Grades Six Alpha Clash Sample Cards

CGC Cards™ is excited to announce the expansion of its expert authentication, grading and encapsulation services to include the Alpha Clash trading card game!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, communities of creators, collectors and hobbyists came together to build and show off their trading card collections. Their efforts led to a massive surge in TCG popularity and market pricing, and a new era of creative TCG development.

One such trading card game is Alpha Clash, a new and upcoming TCG focusing on superheroes and story building. The game was created by a team of TCG enthusiasts and collectors who, when they put their heads together, created a world of individuals with superpowers and abilities, and sought to bring it to the public in the form of an action-based TCG. The concept intrigued thousands of TCG collectors and fans, and many of them pledged their support for the game through Kickstarter and Patreon.

As thanks for the overwhelming amount of support for the project, Alpha Clash’s developers released a sample set of cards from their first set, The Awakening. Only 50 booster boxes — each containing 24 packs — were produced, and they were given out to friends and supporters. CGC Cards had the honor of grading six of these limited-edition sample cards. Each of the cards received a grade of CGC Gem Mint 10 or higher, including an Energy Blast Sample Print that received the newly introduced CGC Pristine 10 grade.
