CGC Companies Accepting Submissions at Trading Card Game Con

Certified Guaranty Company® (CGC®), CGC Cards™, CGC Video Games™ and CGC Home Video™ will be accepting submissions at Trading Card Game Con, at the State Fair Grounds Expo Hall in Tampa, Florida, on September 16-17, 2023.
Trading Card Game Con is a massive gathering of pop-culture fans, fan-favorite voice actors from popular anime and video games, vendors and more! Over 50 of the nation’s top TCG vendors will be at the show selling trading cards, including Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Dragon Ball Super, Flesh and Blood, Cardfight!! Vanguard, as well as sports cards, toys, comics and card accessories. There will also be a cosplay contest, meet-and-greets with Magic: The Gathering artists, voice actor panels and more to look forward to.
Company representatives will be accepting submissions, answering questions and providing information on CGC, CGC Cards, CGC Video Games and CGC Home Video.
Also, stop by the booth for fun activities, such as:
- Daily, submission-based raffle drawings
- Great giveaways and photo booth fun
- And much more!
Drop off regular submissions at the show
Collectibles for all CGC grading tiers and services may be submitted at the show to be taken back to CGC’s headquarters for grading, including submissions of cards, comic books, magazines, video games and home video. CGC’s regular services and fees will apply to drop-off submissions, plus you’ll save one way on shipping!
All regular submissions will be transported to CGC headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation. How to submit
To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:
- Become a CGC member here.
- Go to the online submission form for comics, cards, video games or home video.
- Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission.
- Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.
- Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
- Go to the Express Drop-Off sign to finalize your submission.
Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.
Tablets will be provided at the booth for submitters to use for sign-up and submission purposes.
