CGC Cards Offers Free Grading and $1,000 Bounty Credit for MLB Debut Patch Autograph Cards

Topps Chrome is one of the premier annual sets to hit the sports card market each year. The annual Update Baseball series continues to gain popularity, now transitioning to a full-fledged MLB Hobby product in 2023 compared to its previously smaller Retail-only releases. For the 2023 Update Baseball series, Topps Chrome has added the company's newest insert to products: the 91-card MLB Debut Patch Autograph Set. Featuring 91 different players that recently made their MLB debut, each autographed patch card is serial numbered 1/1. The search is on to find these first-of-their-kind inserts. CGC Cards $1,000 Bounty Details

CGC has partnered with Topps and Fanatics to offer free grading for both redemptions and cards pulled live from boxes. There are about 60 redemptions within 2023 Topps Chrome Update Baseball products, with 91 total one-of-one MLB Debut Patch Autograph cards available for collectors to find!

In addition, CGC will offer a $1,000 bounty credit for collectors that submit an MLB Debut Patch Autograph card for grading, either directly to CGC headquarters in Sarasota, FL or through Topps' Redemption Program. Submitting a card to CGC Cards requires a free or paid membership. Learn more about the benefits of a paid membership here.

Credits issued can be used toward any grading fees for submissions to CGC Cards. The credit expires one year after issuance. The bounty program will expire on June 30, 2024. Therefore, all submissions must be sent to CGC Cards before this date to take advantage of the free grading and $1,000 credit bounty program. The $1,000 credit is only valid for the first time the card is sent in for certification with CGC. The one-of-one cards cannot be submitted twice.
