What makes it special? Stardust Dragon is one of the ever-popular Dragon monster cards — the same type of card as Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Red-Eyes Black Dragon. Stardust Dragon’s special ability allows it to protect its ally monsters from being destroyed by an opponent's monster at the cost of being sacrificed, while its secondary effect allows Stardust Dragon to be brought back from the graveyard for constant regeneration. For this reason, Stardust Dragon is very valuable in Duel Links decks.

Did you know? Nearly every Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series features a protagonist or antagonist that uses a Dragon monster as their signature monster. For example, Yusei Fudo uses Stardust Dragon in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s. Similarly, Seto Kaiba uses Blue-Eyes White Dragon in the original series.
