First-ever CGC x JSA On-site Authentication and Grading Event in Hong Kong Announced for November 2024

For the first time in Hong Kong, CGC Cards and JSA are offering combined autograph authentication and grading services at the office of Certified Collectibles Group — International Hong Kong Limited (CCG Hong Kong) on November 4-6, 2024. During this event, CGC Cards and JSA will offer their full expert and impartial authentication, grading and encapsulation services on-site for sports cards, TCGs and non-sports cards, and JSA will also authenticate autographed memorabilia.

Submissions for the CGC x JSA on-site grading event in November must be received before the cutoff at 5:00 p.m. on November 1, 2024. CGC and JSA will endeavor to complete all submissions by November 15, 2024. Submitters will have the option to pick up their cards and memorabilia at the Hong Kong office or to have the collectibles shipped back to them.

Demand for this on-site grading event is expected to be high, so collectors and dealers are encouraged to submit as early as possible. If CGC and JSA reach capacity for the event, submitters will be given the option to have their collectibles returned ungraded or held for the next on-site grading event.

Fees for on-site authentication and grading in Hong Kong

Sports cards, TCGs and non-sports cards will be accepted for on-site authentication, grading and encapsulation, and autographed cards may be submitted for CGC x JSA certification. JSA-only services for memorabilia include autograph authentication but not encapsulation. The price for JSA unwitnessed autograph authentication for memorabilia is per the JSA fee schedule.

How to submit

Both collectors and dealers are welcome to submit cards and memorabilia for the on-site Hong Kong event. Submissions may be mailed to the office or dropped off by appointment by 5:00 p.m. on November 1, 2024. Submissions will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that submission capacity is limited. If your submission cannot be completed in November, you will have the option to have the submission returned ungraded, or CGC Cards will hold the submission until its next on-site grading event.
