Potentially Offensive Materials Policy

The Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) companies reserve the right to refuse or accept any submission of collectibles in their absolute discretion.
The following items are not eligible for authentication, grading, or encapsulation services by the CCG companies:
- Any collectible containing content that is illegal under the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is submitted or to which it would be shipped for the provision of CCG services.
- Any collectible that encourages or incites hatred, violence, intolerance or discrimination, including on the grounds of race, ethnicity, color, religion, disability, national origin, sex, gender and gender identity or sexual orientation.
- Any collectible that promotes support of, membership in, or funding of a terrorist organization.
- Any collectible depicting or describing child sexual abuse material (also known as child pornography).
- Any collectible depicting or describing bestiality, torture, snuff films, necrophilia, rape, scat, incest, or other illegal or obscene content, whether real or fictionalized.
- Any collectible that displays sexual penetration on the front or back. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for certain artists or artwork at the company’s sole discretion.
The following items are generally acceptable:
- Media such as historical comic books, magazines, books, trading cards, video games, films or TV shows containing content reflective of the culture of their time.
- Any coin, note or stamp issued by the Nazi Germany government, including military scripts.
- Any coin, note or stamp issued by the Confederate States of America.
- Any collectible containing nudity and not displaying sexual penetration on the front or back. Examples of acceptable collectibles include (but are not limited to) Playboy, Playgirl, and Penthouse magazines.
