CGC-certified Dual Ohtani/Judge Logoman Redemption Realizes $198,000 in September Fanatics Collect Auctions
Posted on 10/9/2025
A CGC-certified redemption card that offers dual Logoman patches of two of the most iconic sluggers in modern baseball history realized six figures in a Fanatics Collect auction last month. The redemption card was just one of the thousands of CGC-certified sports cards, TCGs and non-sports cards that were sold through the Fanatics Collect marketplace in September 2025.
A 2025 Topps Chrome Dual Gold Logoman Redemption 2024 MVP Award Winners Shohei Ohtani & Aaron Judge certified CGC Authentic realized $198,000 in a Premier Auction on September 25. As of early October, it is now the second-highest price realized for a CGC-certified sports card on the Fanatics Collect platform. Redemption cards like this are found in packs but must be registered online to redeem and receive the corresponding card in the mail at a later date. This particular redemption card allows the buyer to redeem an extremely special dual Logoman card that features the gold MLB logo patches of the two 2024 MVP Award winners, which were displayed on Shohei Ohtani and Aaron Judge's jerseys during the 2025 season.
Additionally, a 2015-16 Panini Preferred Dual Memorabilia #1 LeBron James/Stephen Curry - Super Prime certified CGC Authentic realized $30,000 on September 25. The booklet showcases arguably the two greatest players of their generation and features a pair of massive premium swatches. The one-of-one rarity includes two oversized patches cut from each respective player's team logo on their jersey, making for a historic NBA collectible that is forever tied to two legends of the game.
Meanwhile, a commemorative Gengar certified by CGC made waves alongside the CGC-certified sports cards. The Gengar, Pokémon (1999) Japanese Communication Evolution Campaign Holo – Masaki Promo graded CGC Pristine 10 realized $46,800 on September 25 in Fanatics Collect’s September Premium Auction.
Trading Pokémon between players has been encouraged since the beginning of the Pokémon franchise. Many species of Pokémon can only reach their final evolutions by being traded to another player, with Gengar being one of the most famous examples. To promote this concept, the Pokémon TCG hosted a campaign in Japan called the Communication Evolution Campaign. By mailing any Haunter card and a copy of Bill’s PC to The Pokémon Company, fans would receive a copy of this Gengar Masaki (Bill’s name in Japanese) Promo for their efforts.
Unfortunately, these Gengar cards were mailed to fans in a corner-lock case, which resulted in corner damage and indentations, making high-grade Masaki promo cards incredibly rare. This CGC Pristine 10 Gengar promo is the sole-highest-graded example in the CGC Cards Population Report.

Notable Upcoming Fanatics Collect Sales
Fanatics Collect continues to offer CGC-certified cards in their weekly, fixed and premium auction formats. One of the sports highlights available in October is a 1984 Panini F1 Grand Prix Scratch N' Play Ayrton Senna Toleman-Hart TG183 graded CGC 7. The legendary Brazilian F1 driver won a total of 41 Grand Prix races and earned three World Drivers' Championships (1988, 1990 and 1991) during his career. However, in 1994, tragedy struck when Senna died in a racing accident at the San Marino Grand Prix, bringing his iconic career to an abrupt end when he was only 34 years old. Today, Senna's collectibles can command a premium, especially considering F1's modern popularity across the globe.
