CGC Accepting Card Submissions at the Grade 10 Asia Card Show in Hong Kong

CGC is excited to announce that company representatives will be accepting submissions of TCGs, sports cards and non-sports cards at the Grade 10 Asia Card Show on November 22-23, 2025, at the Hopewell Hotel in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

About the Grade 10 Asia Card Show

The Grade 10 Asia Card Show is the largest card show in Hong Kong, featuring box breaks, live auctions, celebrity meetups and more. Additionally, the winter event will feature a diverse lineup of both local and overseas card publishers, influencers and hobbyists. You won’t want to miss out! The event will once more be hosted at the Hopewell Hotel, a stunning 5-star hotel complete with 6,500 square meters of event space, massive dining and shopping accommodations, thousands of rooms and suites and plenty of spaces to park.

CGC representatives will be accepting submissions, answering questions and providing information on collectibles certification at the show. Bring your favorite cards to the show to take advantage of fast turnaround times and save one way on shipping fees! Further instructions on the submission process are below.

Preparing submissions for the show

To streamline submissions for the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

1. Create a CGC account here. All it takes is a free account to submit, and paid members get additional discounts and benefits.
2. Go to the online submission form for cards.
3. Select "Mail-In or Show Drop-Off" to start your submission.
4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.
   Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.
   
5. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.

All submissions will be transported to CGC’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation. After grading, collectibles are shipped with insurance to the company's Hong Kong office for pick-up.
