CGC and JSA Will Be On-site Accepting Submissions at American Legends

American Legends is a sports collectible superstore that has been serving the Greater Westchester, New York area since 1992. The shop has an extensive inventory of rare sports cards and memorabilia that even the most avid collectors will appreciate. Whether you are looking to add to your collection or cash in on some of your cards, American Legends is your one-stop shop to buy, sell and trade your favorite sports collectibles!

Preparing submissions for the American Legends store appearance

CGC is accepting submissions of sports cards, TCGs, non-sports cards and comics for grading. Autographed cards and comics may be submitted for CGC x JSA Authentic Autograph certification, and autographed memorabilia may be submitted for JSA-only services. JSA will also be on-site to provide autograph authentication in person during the event.

To streamline submissions at the in-store event, please take the following steps before arriving:

1. Create a CGC account here. All it takes is a free account to submit, and paid members get additional discounts and benefits.
2. Go to the online submission form for cards or comics. (For JSA autographed memorabilia submissions, just bring your item to the event.)
3. Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission. Please note that you’ll have the option to choose JSA autograph authentication for cards and comics after choosing your primary grading services.
4. Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.

Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the store. Failure to do so will result in delays.


5. Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.

All submissions will be transported to CGC’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.
