CGC-certified Stephen Curry Superfractor Sold Through Fanatics Collect Realizes More than $45,000
Posted on 3/11/2026
A pair of low-numbered rarities that are both from the popular 2025-26 Topps Chrome Basketball set and certified by CGC@reg; each realized more than $40,000 in Fanatics Collect's February Premier Auction. A one-of-one Superfractor and a Black Refractor led the way among thousands of CGC-certified TCGs, sports cards and non-sports cards that were sold through the Fanatics Collect marketplace in February 2026.
A 2025-26 Topps Chrome Fanatical #FAN-14 Stephen Curry - Superfractor certified CGC Authentic realized $45,600 on February 19. The Fanatical subset is one of the product's rarest chase inserts from the 2025-26 Topps Chrome Basketball set. Base versions are already hard to find when opening packs, but because this is also a one-of-one Superfractor, this particular example is the rarest and most coveted copy of this Curry Fanatical insert in the set. Considering Curry is one of the top players of his generation, it's no surprise the card garnered more than 65 bids and realized five figures.
Another sports highlight from February's Fanatics Collect sales was an autographed parallel numbered to only 10 copies spotlighting one of the NBA's youngest and brightest stars. A 2025-26 Topps Chrome Rookie Autographs #TCAR-CF Cooper Flagg - Black Refractor certified CGC Authentic realized $45,600 on February 21. From the same set as the Curry Superfractor, Flagg is one of the most collected young athletes in any sport right now. The new set includes his first official Topps Chrome rookie card and multiple autographed issues, including this particular rare Black Refractor.
Meanwhile, a No. 2 Trainer, Pokémon (2015) Pokémon World Championships Holo graded CGC 8 realized $40,000 in a Buy it Now sale on February 11. Numbered trainer cards like this one are only awarded to the top-placing TCG players at the annual Pokémon World Championships event. These cards not only represent a trophy for placing but also act as the contestant’s ticket to the following year’s World Championship event, letting them bypass the grueling preliminary battles and regional qualifiers. CGC has certified six copies of this 2015 No. 2 Trainer card, according to the CGC Cards Population Report.
