NGC, PMG, ASG, and CGC Cards Accepting Submissions at the June HKINF

Certified Collectibles Group – International Hong Kong Limited, the Hong Kong, China, affiliate of NGC, PMG, ASG, and CGC Cards will accept NGC, PMG, and ASG on-site grading submissions and regular NGC, PMG, ASG and CGC Cards submissions at the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF), on June 19-21, 2026. In addition, PMG will provide free paper money evaluations at booths A5-A8.

On-site Grading

Submissions for the NGC on-site grading event must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at NGC’s booth at the HKINF or by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at NGC’s Hong Kong office.

Submissions for the PMG on-site grading event must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at PMG’s booth at the HKINF or by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2026, at PMG’s Hong Kong office.

Submissions for the ASG on-site grading event must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at ASG’s booth at the HKINF or by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026, at ASG’s Hong Kong office.

Note: Cutoff times are subject to change due to high demand. Check with show staff for the latest information.

NGC, PMG and ASG will endeavor to have all coins, notes and stamps submitted for these events completed and ready for pick-up or return shipment starting Monday, June 29, 2026, depending on demand.

Submitting to NGC, PMG, ASG, and CGC Cards

Regular NGC, PMG, and CGC Cards submissions will also be accepted. All regular submissions to NGC, PMG, and CGC Cards are shipped with insurance to the companies’ headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for grading. After grading, collectibles are shipped with insurance to the companies’ Hong Kong office for pick up.

All regular ASG submissions will be accepted and held for the next on-site grading event in Hong Kong (tentatively planned for December 2026).

Completed submissions may be picked up at the Hong Kong office or shipped back to customers by prior arrangement.

Paid NGC, PMG, ASG, and CGC Cards Collector members (Associate and higher) and NGC, PMG, ASG, and CGC Cards Authorized Dealers can submit directly to the Hong Kong office. PMG Evaluations

• Chad Greenbach, Senior Vice President of PMG Grading, will be conducting free evaluations of paper money.
• Evaluations will be provided from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19.

To ensure that we help as many people as possible, there is a limit of 5 items per person for the free evaluations. Evaluations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Because evaluations are performed in a show environment, as opposed to our standard grading environment (with proper lighting conditions and facilities), all opinions should be used only as a guide. The grading opinion may change after the notes are submitted and evaluated at our office.
