Shipping Your Collectibles To / From CGC

Use the following tables to calculate your return shipping fees from CGC for comics, magazines and cards. For CGC Video Games return shipping fees, go here. For CGC Home Video return shipping fees, go here. Additional charges may apply for extended or remote service areas, heavier packages, added items, etc. Shipping and insurance rates are subject to change without notice.
CGC generally ships completed submissions to US addresses via FedEx with insurance coverage of up to $100,000 per package procured by CGC. For completed submissions being returned to an international address, CGC generally ships via FedEx, with insurance coverage of up to $50,000 per package procured by CGC. The FedEx shipping method used is based on the submitter’s declared values.
IMPORTANT: If you would like to pick up your submission at a FedEx location, you must enter the FedEx location’s address as the return shipping address (along with your name). For security reasons, CGC will not change the shipping address or instructions after the submission has shipped from our facility. Any undelivered shipments returned to CGC will be subject to additional shipping fees charged to the submitter.

Return shipping via USPS Mail
For completed submissions being delivered to a US PO Box, CGC generally ships via USPS Mail with insurance coverage of up to $100,000 per package procured by CGC. USPS Mail will generally be slower than FedEx, however. CGC is not responsible for the speed of shipping services. The rates for shipping via USPS Mail are the same as shipping via FedEx.
If an international submitter requests that USPS Mail be used, package(s) will NOT be insured and the risk of loss or damage during shipment is assumed by the submitter.
Shipping on one’s own account
Submitters wishing to use their own FedEx, UPS or USPS Express Mail account may still do so, as long as a completed Certified Collectibles Group® (CCG®) Shipping Information Form is on file. Please note that shipments on the submitter’s own account are not insured by CGC. To access the Shipping Information Form, click here.

Note: Additional charges may apply for extended or remote service areas, heavier packages, added items, etc. Please contact Customer Service if you are shipping collectibles valued over $100,000 per package to a US address or over $50,000 per package to an international address.
