CSG Attending the Sports Card and Memorabilia Show in New York

Hey, sports card collectors! Certified Sports Guaranty® (CSG®) is attending the Winter Extravaganza Sports Card and Memorabilia Show, taking place at the Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown, New York, on January 15-16, 2022. Representatives will be available to accept submissions, answer questions, provide information on services and hand out CSG swag. Also attending are sport stars such as CC Sabathia, Don Mattingly, Brian Leetch and more whom you do not want to miss.

Spend more time exploring the show by submitting your prepared cards through CSG’s Express Drop-off Service. By having your submission prepared before the show, you can skip the submission line and quickly hand off your cards to a CSG representatives — hassle free.

When you drop off your submissions, do not forget to pick up some CSG swag! The representatives will have baseball caps, bags, pens and the custom-designed CSG sticker, which could be a collectible of its own one day.

Please note: CSG will accept TCG submissions to CGC® Trading Cards at this event, but please refrain from bringing comics, magazines and posters.

Preparing Submissions for the Show

To streamline submissions at the show, please take the following steps before arriving:

1. Become a CSG member. To join CSG, click here.
2. Complete the CSG Online Submission Form under “Show Drop-off” and print the packing slip. Make sure your account number, shipping address, return shipping method and requested services are included on the paperwork.
3. Carefully insert each of your cards in a CSG Card Sleeve or similar product and then within a CSG Semi-Rigid Card Holder or similar product. Find out more about CSG Card Sleeves and Semi-Rigid Holders here.
4. Place your cards in the exact order that they are listed on the packing slip.
5. Keep your cards safe and secure until you are able to drop off your submission with a representative at the booth.

If there are 10 or fewer cards in your submission, CSG representatives will check them in front of you at the show. If the submission has more than 10 cards, or if your submission is for CGC Trading Cards, it will be placed in a tamper-proof container and then opened later under security cameras.

CSG will provide tablets at the booth for submitters to use for sign-up and submission purposes.
