Known by many as “Sooz” in the sports card world, Susan Lulgjuraj brings significant experience and knowledge to the CSG team.

The Certified Collectibles Group® (CCG®) is pleased to announce the hire of sports card industry veteran Susan Lulgjuraj as Marketing Manager of Certified Sports Guaranty® (CSG®). Lulgjuraj has spent time at Beckett, Topps and Goldin auction house during her career.

Since launching in February 2021, CSG has already graded more than 1 million sports cards — the fastest that any third-party card grading service has hit that milestone. Among the incredible cards that CSG has already graded are a 1952 Topps #261 Willie Mays card graded CSG 8 that’s worth well into the six figures, and a #111 LeBron James rookie card from the 2003-04 Topps Chrome Refractor set that sold for over $98,000 after being graded by CSG.

Lulgjuraj worked for Beckett as its Football, Basketball and Hockey Editor, overseeing the magazines as well as building the company’s social media following. While at Topps, she was named the company’s first Marketing Communications Manager and developed the strategy for social media, established marketing campaigns and enhanced media outreach. Most recently, Lulgjuraj was the Head of Editorial at Goldin, an auction house specializing in high-end collectibles.

“I’m excited to join CSG. The company is in a prime spot for growth as it offers the best holders, fastest turnaround times and has some of the most knowledgeable and nicest people in the business,” Lulgjuraj said. “CSG is backed with a pedigree you cannot find anywhere else in this industry. I cannot wait to see the heights we take this company.”

“We are thrilled to welcome Susan Lulgjuraj to the team,” stated Andy Broome, Vice President of CSG. “She is a celebrity in the industry with her background and experience, and her passion for sports cards inspires us all.”
