CGC Announces On-site Grading Event at Hong Kong Office in October

CGC x JSA are offering combined autograph authentication and grading services at the office of Certified Collectibles Group — International Hong Kong Limited (CCG Hong Kong) from October 8 through October 13, 2025. During the event, CGC and JSA will offer their full expert and impartial authentication, grading and encapsulation services on-site for sports cards, TCGs and non-sports cards, and JSA will also authenticate autographed memorabilia.

Submissions for the CGC x JSA on-site grading event in October must be received before the cutoff at 12:00 p.m. on October 8, 2025. CGC and JSA will endeavor to complete all submissions by October 14. Submitters will have the option to pick up their cards and memorabilia at the Hong Kong office or to have the collectibles shipped back to them. Additionally, submitters may request to pick up their submissions at the Asia Sports Collectors Convention (ASCC), happening on October 10-12, 2025. For more information, go here.

Demand for this on-site grading event is expected to be high, so collectors and dealers are encouraged to submit as early as possible. If CGC and JSA reach capacity for the event, submitters will be given the option to have their cards shipped to CGC in the US, held for the next on-site grading event or returned ungraded. Cutoff times are subject to change based on demand.

Fees for on-site authentication and grading in Hong Kong

Sports cards, TCGs and non-sports cards will be accepted for on-site authentication, grading and encapsulation, and autographed cards may be submitted for CGC x JSA certification. How to Submit

Both collectors and dealers are welcome to submit cards and memorabilia for the on-site Hong Kong event. Submissions may be mailed to the office or dropped off by appointment by 12:00 p.m. on October 8, 2025. Submissions will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that submission capacity is limited. If your submission cannot be completed in October, you will have the option to have the submission shipped to CGC in the US, held for the next on-site grading event or returned ungraded. Cutoff times are subject to change based on demand.

Every graded card is encapsulated in CGC’s industry-leading card holder. It offers exceptional display, crystal-clear optics and numerous security features.
